Baby Be Mine
When Lisa Montgomery presented her husband, Kevin, with their newborn baby girl, he was estatic. Miles away, police were investigating the brutal murder of 23-year-old Bobbie Jo Stinnett, He mother found her lying in a pool of blood, looking as if her stomach had exploded. Investigators soon determined that someone had strangled Bobbie Jo to death, then cut the fetus from her womb. When they found Bobbie Jo's baby in Lisa's arms, they knew who was responsible for this grisly murder.
Background information in this book includes other casearean abduction cases; a history of crime in Northwest Missouri in general and Skidmore in particular with a glimpse at the infamous Ken McElroy; and a look at the recent Stinnett family victims like Branson Perry whose disappearance and suspected murder remains an unsolved case. |

"Most impressed with your ability to keep all of the facts and material so interesting! You are truly talented. I do a lot of reading and your style is a stand-out for sure." Kathleen
"One of the things I appreciated about BABY BE MINE was the bigger picture that you offered with other similar crimes. I hadn't heard of the other cases and it helps to show it's a much bigger problem than the public may realize." Nikki

"I just got done reading this book. I read it in three days, cutting my lunches short and staying up late just to finish it. I've got to say it's been a while since I've read an author who can grab my attention the way you do." Zeke | "I love the way you weaved other stories into this book. The background on the families and what they have gone through makes everyone so real to the reader. Great job and thank you for a terrific book! Pam
"I could not put it down. I read half last night in one sitting. Great, great book." Reesa |
